ABOUT ME
JERROD LUCKER
As a certified health coach and personal trainer, I've harbored a lifelong passion for fitness and health. My coaching philosophy is centered around you, the client. When physical training aligns with your needs, I'm equipped with certifications in both disciplines to help you find your perfect fit. Drawing from my upbringing in the boxing gym and formal education, which includes an A.A.S. in Personal Training and ACE Certifications, I bring a rich tapestry of experience to steer you towards your health and fitness goals.
Having navigated my own weight loss journey, I intimately understand the challenges and pitfalls associated with significant lifestyle changes. Guided by empathy, compassion, and a scientific methodology, I firmly believe that any goal you set your mind to is within reach!
MY PHILOSOPHY
I approach fitness holistically, integrating behavior modification, S.M.A.R.T goal-setting, boxing, martial arts, yoga, activities of daily living, corrective exercise, endurance, sports, and more. I treat each client with empathy, compassion, active listening, evidence-based research, and a scientific, goal-driven approach.
